    Graduating as a Student Athlete from Northeastern State in 2008 and from the University of Arkansas School of Law in December of 2014, Ben passed the Arkansas BAR exam and went to work for the Washington County Public Defender's Office. During his time there, he handled thousands of cases and gained immense trial experience. He was then selected by one of the largest criminal firms in Northwest Arkansas due to his ability to take cases to trial, negotiate the best deals possible and keep his clients out of jail. While at this firm, he increased his knowledge of DWI defense, Traffic Violations and Trial skills. After a year, Ben decided to open his own firm, founded on his criminal experience- he now offers a personal defense experience and other services to help as many people as possible.

  • Johnathan Faught

    Attorney

    Born in Memphis, Tennessee, Johnathan spent most of his life in rural Mississippi. He became a Northwest Arkansas transplant after attending and graduating from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Psychology in 2011. He went on to graduate from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2015 with a cum laude distinction. After passing the bar later the same year, he immediately went to work for the Benton County Public Defender's Office representation clients charged with misdemeanors. Less than a year later, he moved up to felonies and went on to handle cases ranging from Possession of a Controlled Substance to Attempted Murder. Before coming to Catterlin & Arnold, Johnathan spent the last few years representing the Arkansas Department of Human Services in their court involved foster care cases. It was during his tenure that he learned the ins and outs of DHS policy and family law. When Johnathan isn't fighting the law on behalf of his clients, his time is spent with his wife, two children, and three dogs. He enjoys cooking meals with his kids and smoking meat with his brother. When leisure is at hand, he loves binge-watching the lastest big show with his wife or listening to science fiction/fantasy audiobooks. After representing DHS for just over two years, Johnathan is thrilled to be offering representation to individuals who need someone on their side. Whether your legal issues arises from a police encounter, DHS involvement, or your currently/former significant other, he is ready and prepared to fight for you.

  • Carter Eaton

    Attorney

    Carter Eaton, originally from McAlester, Oklahoma, first discovered his passion for legal work while on his high school mock trial team, where he lead them to their very first state tournament. In 2017, he graduated from The University of Oklahoma with a degree in Philosophy. He then honed his skills at the University of Arkansas School of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate. Carter’s dedication to his craft was recognized with the coveted Top of Class Honor award in Trial Advocacy. Carter began practicing law in 2021 at a small firm, where he zealously represented criminal, civil, and family law clients. He has extensive experience defending a variety of criminal offenses, ranging from the least serious misdemeanors to the most serious felonies. Known for his compassion and professionalism, he is committed to providing excellent, comprehensive legal representation and achieving positive outcomes for his clients. Outside of work, he enjoys riding his bike, playing the guitar, and traveling with his wife.
